The Accelerated - Leadership Technical Diploma program is intended for those who currently occupy or aspire to fill a leadership role. Learners will examine and develop leadership skills, apply the skills and tools necessary to implement and maintain a diverse work environment which understands and values the change process and develop the abilities necessary to effectively deal with organizational behavior and development. Learners within the fields of healthcare, information technology, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, etc. will find the course outcomes to be extremely relevant to success on the job. Individual and team activities, as well as course projects, can be tailored to reflect the needs and challenges of specific organizations and career paths.
